Virtual Ground Water Academy (VGWA) is a downloadable educational software package designed as an alternative to college level textbooks on ground water. VGWA is authored by Dr. Gary A. Robbins, Professor of Geology at the University of Connecticut. Dr. Robbins has over 20 years of experience in the ground water profession as a regulator, environmental consultant, researcher and educator.
